Friends & Family Catering
If none of our preferred caterers can meet your catering needs/requirements, for a Fee of $500.00, an off-list caterer or another source of food can be chosen.

Substantial food must be served when alcohol is served.

If you are not using a full-service caterer to staff your function, independent event staff will be required. Expect to have 1 staff per 50 guests with a minimum of 2 staff persons.
Recommended Vendors
The list of our recommended vendors will be shared with you at the time of signing a contract with Willow Ridge Manor. This list will include sources for cake bakers, hair stylists, photographers, and DJ's.
